Cantine di Ora's Il Casato Pinot Grigio delle Venezie Rosé is a distinguished Italian rosé crafted from Pinot Grigio grapes sourced from the southern regions of Trentino and Veneto. This wine exemplifies the elegance and fruity aromas characteristic of the Adige Valley.

Tasting Notes:

• Color: Light pink with coppery hints.
• Aroma: Pleasant notes of red fruits such as cherry, blueberry, and raspberry.
• Palate: Long aftertaste with characteristic minerality and sapidity.

Vinification Process: The grapes are manually harvested in early September. After a soft press, the must remains in contact with the skins for about 8 hours to achieve the desired color and fragrance. Alcoholic fermentation occurs with selected yeasts at controlled temperatures of 16°-18°C. The wine is then aged for approximately 2 months on the same yeast to enhance its full-bodied and smooth character.

Food Pairings: This rosé pairs excellently with light appetizers, sushi, fish soup, white meats, and codfish.

Accolades: The 2022 vintage has been awarded 97 points by Luca Maroni and received a Bronze medal from Decanter in 2023.
